Different Experience
Hello All,
This is somewhat of a strange situation and I would like to know if anyone has experienced/have a solution for this:

I've been reading that at the time of the interview, they stamp the Green Card approval on the beneficiary's passport.. However, my husband is a Venezuelan citizen and given the circumstance, cannot get a new passport. He arrived to the U.S. as a child and his passport is extremely old now. There are no Venezuelan embassies in the entire U.S. and I do not know what they will stamp if he doesn't have a passport..

Ideas/thoughts/experiences anyone?
