Dispute between MOIA and DHL
I have been told by a staff member at MOIA that there is a dispute between MOIA and DHL on dispatch of OCI's from India to consulates. This is as of May 21st 2015. I called today and they said they do not have any information on this issue.
CKGS does not seem to know about this. For those of you (esp. in the US) contact your consulate and escalate this issue. If you have travel plans bye end of June - you may have a problem.
PS: If you know somebody at MOIA - please find out when this issue will be resolved.
