I am a silent reader and hoping to seek some suggestion .
Married to US Citizen on K1 visa on September 2019.Filled on December 2019 and Case ready to be schedule for I-485 since April .Marriage didn’t work out for some reason. we decided to divorce after I-485 interview approval,will it effect conditional green card or later on for removal conditional GC even if we have evidence that we stayed together and marriage was genuine , and we have evidence like pictures and videos?
