Hi everyone,
In 2012 I married a The U.S. citizen and in July 2013 I got my CRC after 2 years I got my PRC without an interview, in October 2016 I applied N400 base on 3 years rule but I did not pass because of the officer said that me and my spouse did not live together for less 30 months. I lived in NYC from 2012 to 2015, after August 2015 I moved to Socal to open my own company in October 2015. From August 2015 to August 2018, during the 3 years my ex-spouse and I we visited each other a lot, like 2 or 3 months I came back to NYC for stayed 2 or 3 weeks, or my ex-spouse visited me 2 or 3 months, stayed in CA for 2 or 3 weeks, however in August 2018 my spouse divorced with me, I was very sad, hopeless. She said I did not have much time to be with her, I always was busy at my work.
In February 2019, I submitted my N400 form again, I got my fingerprint in March, the first interview was in June, and the officer said my English was poor, could not approve my case this time, and rescheduled next interview, and I had my interview yesterday. During my interview, the officer did not test me the civic questions and write a sentence, because I passed it on the first interview, the officer only asked me about my ex-spouse during August 2015 to August 2018, have you lived with you ex-spouse lived with you, I said no. However, I told the officer we visited each other a lot, like 2 or 3 months I came to her for stayed 2 or 3 weeks or my ex-spouse came to me 2 or 3 months, stayed for 2 or 3 weeks. The officer said it made him very confused why she did not came to CA live with you, I said she does not like CA weather, it is too hot, she likes NYC. The officer continues asked that question how often did she came to you or I came to her, I repeated my answer again and again. Then the officer asked me how much was the rent fees and did you help her to pay it, I said yes, some times she came to CA, I gave to her some cash, or I back to NYC helped her to pay for it, the officer asked me why did you not wire the $ to her, I said where we lived that some of the restaurants only received cash, and the homeowner also accepted cash. Thus, I gave her the cash, not to wire. The officer still said that made him very confused, I had to repeat my answers again after the officer asked me in the first time when you applied the CRC who was your sponsor because your wife she did not have much income, I said I do not remember the person's name, and the officer said how come did you forget it? who helped in financial, and you should grateful the name who helped you, I said it was 6 or 7 years ago, I can not remember. (In fact, I have ever received any financial from someone or the government, only my parents sometimes wire some $ to me.) and I said I only meet her a couple of times, she was my spouse friend I did not remember. After the officer typed some information on the computer then ask me about the n400 form, it was not difficult. At the end of my interview, the officer gave me N652, and he gave me (B) decision can not be made this time, the officer said, for now, I do not need any documents, you should receive a decision in 3 months if you were approved we will send your oath letter or required evidence documents. The officer did not ask for my tax return and my divorce decrees, and the officer made me feel he questioned about my marriage.
