Has anyone been denied after negative dna test?
Please share your experience.
I met my wife and she was pregnant . We agreed that I would be the father as the guy who got her pregnant was not in her life anymore. We got married 2018 and we sent birth certificate with my name on it.
We did interview December 2019 , since then our case went in review
I got an rfe yesterday for my i130 . They want me to do a DNA test . I’m not the biological father and I’m afraid they deny us because I love my family very much !!
