Do I need i-944 form?
Hello!
I am a green card holder. I applied for my minor daughter, who just turned 18, to adjust her status while legally in the US.
Our PD is December 27, 2019. I read on this forum that some people received RFE for the form i-944 even though their PD was before February 24, 2020 (when i-944 became a requirement).
Do you guys think she should still prepare i-944 and take it to the interview just in case? Or it should be fine without this form?
