Do service request work?
Hi I just made a service request to USCIS regarding my EAD biometrics. I don’t know if they were able to reuse my biometrics, the only thing they sent me was a Courtesy letter of my missing i963 a month after I filed. The officer asked me If I received a letter stating they used my biometrics before my courtesy letter, and I did not and my case didn’t show any updates. She made a service request about my case for biometrics for my EAD. Has someone made a service request before and worked?
