DOB Update on 765?
Adding my Q to this forum as I have AOS, EAD & AP all applied together. AOS thru marriage to USC.
PD : 04/04/2017 All 485, 765, 131 filed together.
Lawyer did the paper work, MSC.
Bio : 05/01/2017
90 day mark was : 07/03/2017
I head this year things are running slow so I waited to file SR.
SR filed on 07/12/2017
NO RFE.
on 07/20/2017 got a few text alerts - i765 updated with DOB changed status? Case history says assigned to officer, officer responded, SR completed all on 7/20 then latest status DOB changed?
What does that mean? I have not come across that recently but seen Name updated, status changes, etc. No other updates, no interview date scheduled yet. I do not have a expedite request but need to travel out of country on 08/01.
Any idea please on the above?
