I have gone through VFS site for the doc. required for H1B interview.

List is as follows:-
1.Passport, visa fee receipt issued by HDFC Bank and interview appointment letter.
2.For applicant applying with a blanket petition, a demand draft for Rs 23,000/- favouring “US Embassy, New Delhi” or “American Consulate General, Mumbai (or Chennai or Kolkata)” as applicable. DDs drawn on co-operative banks are not accepted.
 
3.The original Notice of Action (Form I-797).
4.Form I-129 (if Form I-797 is a blanket permit, copy of Form I-797 and I-129), and letter from employer that describes your proposed duties.
5.Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills.
6.Original degree certificates along with mark sheets.
7.Relevant diplomas or certificates, e.g. computer certification.

Can anyone please let me know what does it mean by the below doc.

-What document do i need to carry for this poin ?
Is this talking about releiving/experience letter from the previous company or something else ?

-They haven't mentioned about Resume. Is resume required for the inteview ?
