Documents for Interview
Hi all! I just received the interview letter and I have some questions!!
- For the 'You must bring the following items with you' section, they have mentioned I-693 sealed (unless already submitted) and I-864 with all required evidence (unless already submitted) - I have submitted both of those with my initial packet and never received an RFE - should I just take the copies of my original forms and that should suffice? OR do I have to get another sealed I-693? (I submitted in July 2019 so it hasn't been two years) - suggestions/advice??

- Another thing is - for my USC spouse, they have asked to bring a list of documents - where they asked for birth certificate and spouse's evidence of US citizenship. Question - we didn't submit my spouse's birth certificate initially, we only sent copies of US passport. And haven't received an RFE otherwise. Do we need to take his birth certificate with us?
