Has anyone submitted documents based on groups created on https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/users/sign_in. My wife is the prime holder for h1b and myself and my kids are dependents. My wife is in one group and myself and my kids are in another group.
My questions are:
1) Do we need to send documents based on groups i.e. in my case two applications (one for my wife, and one for me and my kids) or can i send them together?
2) Do we have any helpline number for Toronto ?
3) When i submit the group application(myself and my kids) to Canada Post then do i need to give all three courier-in receipts or just one?
