Dropbox_H1 Extension Vs Transferred I797A
Guys please advise me:
My visa stamp expired in August 2019, renewed by current employer A, received approved I797A valid tille August 2022.
I received offer from employer B and transfer process will be premium. I have already planned vacation.
Can I go for drop-box with New employer B's I797A before joning employer B? Do i need to submit both I797A? Any risk associated with approval.
Can I go for drop-box with current employer A's I797A though I have approved I797 from employer B?
Join the employer B, work for a few days and go for the stamping (employer is agree with my vacation plan).
Please advise. I am mechanical engineer. Never got RFE or rejection.
