I married to a USC and I have filed for 485 and 765.
Nov 22, 2016 Received all applications
Dec 16, 2016 Biometric done
Feb 6, 2017 Raised SR ( Day 76)
Feb 16, 2017 Received email from USCIS saying that "your case is currently under review"
Feb 22,2017 I called the customer service to raise second SR but they turned me down. (Day 92)
According to them, I have to wait 30 days from the day of my first SR in order for me to raise second SR. Can someone advise me? Is it has been 16 days since I raised my first SR. Am I not allow to raise a second SR?
