Then my husband and I stop by SSA and should be receiving my SSN card in mail by Monday

But I do have a question.I will appreciate if anyone could help me.. my grandmother will be having a heart surgery in 15 days but I didn't apply for the 131 is there Any chance I can still get a permit to leave the country for couple days?
