I am desperate so I decided to share my timeline to see if anyone has a similar case:
This is based on marriage and the case is in MSC:
May 2: case received
June 2: biometrics
July 20: issued first service request
July 20: issued congressional inquiry (no response yet)
July 26: issued expedited request #1 on the phone (based on financial loss, about to lose job offer)
August 3: expedited request #2 was received by MSC through mail
August 4: faxed evidence for expedited request #1 (job offer with start date August 7)
August 8: expedited request in under review and will receive response shortly
August 9: got an email response to the service request of July 20: "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly".
And that's where we are now. Has anybody received this message?? What timeline should I expect?? I was supposed to start working this past Monday and I am about to lose my job offer. Please share your experiences.
