Adjustment of Status - I-485

My EAD was transferred to National Benefits Center to Nebraska in order to speed up process. However,I tried to open an service request for case outside processing time because it says you can open one of your receipt is before the date they put on the site for processing time which is fro 4 to 6 months in Nebraska office. My receipt for the i765 said it was received on April 22 2019,so it has already passed 6 months. The website didn't let me open the service request because they say my case is within the processing time,but it is the processing time for national Benefits center,not to Nebraska field where my case was transferred in order to speed up the case,like they said on the letter they sent me. And the person who took my call on USCIS said the same. How can I make them understand that it is really outside normal processing time if they transferred my case to make it go faster?
