My husbands EAD PD is 01/07/17
His PD for i130 and i485 is July 06, 2016
Anyways my question is his EAD PD is now 105 days and we had thought he was going to be able to work by now but that is not that case. Is there a way to expedite the 105 to help pay for financial reasons? I have the rest of my bachelor's degree fee coming up and I need to be able to pay that and other expenses other wise I will have to put of this years school for another year.. Any suggestions?
I already raised an SR which was says it was completed on 04/07/17 and I got no response.. and these people that answer the phones are very unhelpful to say the least.
