after 97 days the status changed to request for additional evidence. My lawyer says the clock pause and it will start from where it was stopped when they receive our response.
Other people say the USCIS website always shows additional evidence but you can get a request for initial evidence in the mail IS THAT ACCURATE ? because if the ask for initial evidence the clock will start from zero again....and I will starve to death...because my application was based on pending asylum which I had to wait for 150 days before I applied ......
