Hi everyone. I want to share my experience because after 112 days my EAD card went into production.
My PD: May 8 2017
Fingerprints: June 6 2017
First SR: July 31 2017
Second SR (I called): August 1st 2017
Tired of not getting any answer I called again to expedite my case on August 22nd 2017.
Two days after I asked my case to be expedited, because my husband is deployed, they answered all 3 SR the 24th saying that my case was still under review (the generic answer to all service requests). I was losing hope until today I got a text message saying that my card is being produced. I'm so happy, finally I'm going to be able to work!!!
So, my advice is never lose hope, track your case and make as much SR as you can.
