Hi everyone,

I was a silent follower of this forum for a while and wanted to share with you my the timeline of my case,

Married to USC, C09 category.
PD for I-131, 765, 485 and 130: June 08, 2018
Biometrics: July 13
Sep 06: Expedited request based on job offer and financial loss (through a lawyer which cost me a lot). Mailed the entire package.
Sept 11: the only update I got was that they updated the notice of representation for the case
Sept 11: called and asked if they received the request. The L2 officer said no and asked me if I wanted to submit the expedited request over the phone, which I did.
Sept 20: received a letter asking to fax in evidence.
Sept 21: evidence faxed
Sept 25: called USCIS to check if they received the fax; no confirmation if they received it. L2 officer asked me to call back on Oct 2nd for updates
Sept 27: reached out congressman office and they submitted a request on my behalf
Oct 2nd: called USCIS and there were no updates. L2 officer asked me to wait for at least three weeks from the time they received the fax
Oct 10: Case was approved and new card is being produced

Recommendation: do everything you can in your hands. If you have a job offer, use it for your advantage. Congressman's office can be helpful. Good luck everyone.
