Hello,
I’ve been a silent reader for the last couple of months, but I’m starting to get a little bit worried. I petition an I-485, I-765 and I-131. My RD is Sep 28 2018. My biometrics 31 October 2018. Since then no news.
I need to fly to my country next week and nothing yet. I contacted my congressman and he wrote to the NBC but they told him my case is still on the correct processing time. I drove three hours yesterday to a meeting with infopass at Norfolk and they told me they didn’t touch my case yet at the NBC center, that sometimes the officer that can have my case can be slower. In the website it still says “fingerprint fee received” and “your case was received” any help??
