Hi, finally best news ever!
Married in Feb, filed all AOS with EAD in Feb 20th 2019z
Nothing until July 2019 - DENIED due to missing one document
Lost my job because of expired H1BVisa - too late to renew after I found out my I-485 and EAD got denied.
Re-applied with a lawyer and paid all the fees again ($10k in total)
New application :
PD : July 28 2019
Biometrics : August 2019
Request to expedite October 2019
Lost another job offer because didn’t have my EAD by November 1st
Courtesy letter for medical examination clearance : November 4th
EAD approved : November 7th
Card in Mail : November 9th.
I’m still very grateful even though I lost two job offers but sky is the limit now!! I’m so so happy and now I can start working, visit my family and hope for green card to come soon.
