Hello,
My priority date is Oct 29 2015.
I didn t receive my biometrics letter until Dec 18, which is almost 2 months after my priority date. I successfullt did a walk-in for my biometrics on Dec 22. As of today there is still no updates on my cases.
I heard that we can contact customer service if the EAD is not yet approved by the 75th day and request to be expedited, is this something you would recommend? In this situation what date should I call them?
Could the fact that I have received the biometrics letter late delay the process?
