EAD and AOS different processing timelines?
Hi all,
New here... just wanted to see if anyone has insight on my case (marriage-based).
PD: 9/10/18
Biometrics appointment: 10/5
Initially, my AOS and EAD status showed "As of October 8, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form xxxx." Today, the EAD status date changed to October 22, 2018 (still says the same status except for the new date), but the AOS status remained the same (still as of October 8, 2018).
I know it's still early in the process for me, but I just wanted to see if it's normal for the EAD status to change dates while the AOS status remains the same.
