My EAD was approved on August 31 with card being ordered. I officially got the approval notice in the mailbox today. However I didn't understand the portion where it read ..
"If you have a pending or approved form i-180 and a pending form i-485 you may request change of employers if your has been pending for at least 180 days."
Those of you already working with EAD, can you throw some light on it. Will be glad.
