Still no change on status of i485 and i130
I 485 still says we were scheduled for interview
At the interview the io asked us basic questions about family members, address,work, where we met, out birthdays, where we got married etc.
Then She said interview is done after about 20-30 mins then io asked us to pick 2 pics of just us 2 without sunglasses. Then handed us and the lawyer 2pcs of white paper. One says our case will be reviewed the other info about my wife’s affidavit of support, just stating she’s responsible for me until forever.
Anyone experienced EAD approval after interview? And any problems with greencard approval even if ead got approved after interview? Thank you everyone!!
