Hello,
I got My EAD approval notice but i485 is still pending
I am on h1b visa married to USC i have h1b stamping till june 2020, i filed through attorney in dec 2019
I work in EVC model, my employer is holding my h1b and preparing documents to apply for extension(3years of h1b left)
During this my client has offered me full time position if my EAD is approved
Please help me to respond the situation i am in..
1. What happens if my change employer to client(my employer has some of my money, can file any case if he dont give my money)
2. My GC interview status is ready to be scheduled, if my GC interview went in other way, if my EAD gets revoked can i still continue working by applying extension(my client dont hire h1b visas directly so they may fire me, i have to go back to my employer or find new employer to again start working on contract role for new client)
Please help me if my understanding is correct or not also please advise.
