EAD card processing and Passport under processing
I have submitted my passport renewal application to CKGS (on the 18th Sept). And, I am on an F1 visa and I am currently applying for the EAD card (Post-completion OPT).
Is it okay if I apply for the EAD card using my old passport? I am not sure when my new passport will be processed, and I don't want to delay an already tedious process.
My OPT start date will be late January, and my old passport expires in March '21.
