EAD card renewal
I'm on a J2 visa, I applied for EAD card in October 2018, it got approved in January 2019 but I didn't receive the card till mid March 2019. Since I'm on a J2 visa, the EAD card only valid till April 2019 (the end of the DS form I applied with) I applied for a renewal with the new DS form (valid till April 2020) and visited the info pass office which suggested applying for an expedite for sever financial loss. The expedite got denied because J2 visa can't sponsor J1 visa holder, so there shouldn't be a financial loss.
It's the USCIS error in the first place, if they sent the card in January when it got approved I would have had enough time to renew. Is there any recommendations that can help with this case. I have a job offer and don's want to lose it.
