Ead Combo Card @hand wohoo
I want to thank you guys for the support through solid information. Atleast I can now work even though my case is alittle odd than most.

I married my usc wife in 2013 when i was a f1 student, we lived together for 2 years then separated. Even though we still communicate and see each other every weekend we dnt live together.

This year we agreed to file for i485, i765, i31 and i130 basically evrything.

I sent my application on March 28th
Priority Date was set on April 6th
I had 1 Request for Evidence for Joint sponsors Tax Return and my wifes statement why we dont make enough money
Ead Card produced on June 21
Ead Combo card in mail after 3 days

Later that month ICE agents came to my house to do the bed check and realised we dont stay together even though we are communicating and trying to work stuff out. The ice agent said the marriage was fraud and left my place.
Next morning he went to my wifes house and interviewed her alone without me there.
I just got the ead combo card.
My question is what do I expect ? Should I call the uscis and ask whats the decision on the rfe ?

They have not responded to my rfe even after the 60 days has passed.
My lawyer acts like he doesnt know what hes doing

Has anyone experienced something similar ?
