Here are my timelines with Nebraska Centre
Employment EB-1 and I-485 Simultaneous filing based
Received Application for EAD On April 26, 2017
Did not get call for Biometrics.
My attorney filed a Service request on the 3rd of June
No response on the Service Request for a month.
Sent a mail to Nebraska Service centre and finally we got a Biometrics call for the 13th of July
Till date waiting on the EAD.
Filed a SR on the 26th of July after 90 days.
No response on the SR.
My attorney says that we have to wait one month for response and then follow up.
This is just crazy.. I am not sure how long does the I-140 cases take to approve for EB1. My priority date is March 26th 2017.
