EAD - Employment question?
Hello Friends,

1. I got a job offer from a consulting firm (Maple Systems).
Maple Systems is offering me a job on their W2. Job title is Programmer Analyst at Maple Systems and I have the same job title 'Programmer Anlayst' with my current employer - Wizard Systems.
2. I currently have a employment based EAD. Backgorund about my EAD: I and my wife have given our bio-metrics in September 2014. We have renewed our EAD's recently for the second time last year in June 2015 and the expiration date of our EAD's is Sep 2017. My wife has filed her green card as a dependent on me.
3. I am currently employed with the company Wizard Systems and planning on give a two week notice to leave my current company (Wizard systems)if no legal issues.
4. My wife got a mail from USCIS dated December 30, 2015 that her travel document is being rejected as her permanent residency is approved.
5. On checking my I 485 status online. The status says finger print received on September 18th, 2014.

Questions:
1. Will there be any legal issue, in my green card processing if I change my employer and take the offer at Maple Systems?
2. Is there a need for filing AC-21? or is it not needed?
3. If my current employer Wizard Systems withdraws or cancels my I-140. Will this affect my green card process?
4. Also, should I inform my future employer (Maple Systems) about assistance in documentation for green card in the future.

Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
