EAD Expedite
Hello, need advise. I have a case expedited on 7/24 and it’s under review since 8/2. On 8/7, I chatted with live agent and when I gave him the expedite reference number, he said it’s not in the system so he submitted a new SR but when I called later in the day to check my status, they said I just submitted a new expedite request. I didn’t ask him to do that. They are saying it will cancel my previous expedite request. Has anyone have this experience before? Any advice?
