How many times can someone expedite EAD or call in regarding theirs case? And will calling in to put an expedite request mess up my case? My attorney is saying me calling in to expedite will act against our case.
I called in yesterday and put in a expedite request and this morning got an email saying they are waiting for my response on RFIE so my case is on hold. But I have already sent my response on June 3. And they can denied my expedite request. Can I call in and explain the situation and put in another request?
