Recently on Aug 9, 2108 I expedite my EAD based on H1B expires on Sept 12, 2018 and will loose my job, send them evidence as requested as on Aug 21 RFE on I-485 asking for Birth certificate in its original language send it next day USCIS received on 23 Aug status changed RFE received and will give you the decision after reviewing your evidence.
Any one else experience this and got approval before H1B expires?
