EAD Expedite respond
This is torture.
I requested for my EAD expedite on 01/06/2020 only to receive a letter from them requesting me to send proof of pending job offer or a letter from my employer signed by a company officer stating that they intent to fire me. We all know no one can be offered a job if you do not have a Work permit, SS or an ID . Well one applied for I-485, I-130 and I-765 wont even get close to going for an interview.
-What should be the next step?
- What documents should i send instead?
- If i don't send them evidence or proof what should i expect from them?
- will they continue where they left or my case will worsen from my expedite request?
