EAD experience marriage base
Hello Dears,
I would like to, once again, share my EAD experience with you guys.I filed all forms separetly, I130, I485, and I765, on Nov 10, 2015, Aug 12, 2016, and Nov 7,2016, respectively. I got approval notices on April, 2016, I130, I485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview and the EAD approved 61 days after filing or Jan 9, 2017. I did separately because I thought the process would take less than 5 months and I also thought that the EAD would b sent automatically. However, I've learned a lot with forums like this, thank you guys. What I also learned was that as long as your I485 is pending you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY extra for filing I765 and I131 when you file separately. We are now working on getting evidence of our bona fide marriage for our unscheduled interview. I hope this infomation helps independent filers like me.
