Since I have submitted my case no further update found still shows case received...feb 16,2019. I 485 said we ready to schedule an interview. Technically EAD on marriage based takes 3-4 months for processing, since January i have kept refreshing USCIS website day to day but said they have a backlog due to many demands obviously i agreed with it however how some recent filers are getting theirs? I was taken off my job in a couple of weeks ago, my boss gave me three months to be back with a new EAD card and ain't no hope if i should have any of my document required.My wife starting being impatient due to this annoying situation she pays all bills by herself and living condition is really hard. I called customer service multiple times but seemed to be wasting my time nobody cared bout me.
I contacted my lawyer , he said we all waiting for approval.Now I'm scaring to expedite my case tings would be worst if getting denied, I have been told if expedite denied i have to wait a normal time to be approved means to wait another six months or above.
I think it's time to gather my stuff and return back to where i came from I'm really tired of this waiting game.These chats session brought me hope you see some September filers still waiting like me.
