13 FEB- case was recieved
1 march- form I 797 NOTICE OF ACTION was recieved on 5 th march
28 march - biometric appointment
4th april checked status online and it was written the letter Request for initial evidence 485 dated 3 march sent to me by USCIS was sent back to them by post office .the letter couldnt be delivered.
8th april requested to send letter again by calling USCIS customer care. didnt get letter by next month then again raised request 8 th may and got RFIE 485 letter (3RD MARCH) on 18 th may.
22 MAY raised complaint to second officer on customer care. the RFIE letter said i didnt get married so they cannot process my fiorm I129 f and they asked for my birth certificate.
29 th may got letter in which USCIS crossed first point of marraige hey accepted that we got married and that was the mistake from their end and they rectified it.
31 may they recieved my response to RFIE 485
19 TH JUNE raised SR to know my status of my EAD.
