Adjustment of Status - I-485

so i called uscis yesterday and i demanded to speak to a level 2 official to know what they have been producing all this while about my EAD and to know why the dates on the card ordered keep changing ,so i was told i will receive a call back from them and few mins laters i was called back and the immigration officer told me that he can see it on the system that the date keep changing and the reason was that my ead failed to produce for the first and second time and right now again they sent it to production the third time and so i should be patient and hopefully this time it will be produced and be mail to me .. will appreciate if anyone with same experience with this before kindly explain to all of us here what does it mean when they said your card was failed while producing and they have to do it again .
