Hi everyone. MY PD WAS SEPTEMBER 6TH.
MY BIO-METRIC WAS OCTOBER 6TH.
MY TRAVEL DOCUMENT WAS APPROVED ON NOVEMBER 9TH AND I GOT AN APPROVAL NOTICE ON NOVEMBER 15TH BUT MY EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION IS STILL THE SAME AND HASN'T BEEN APPROVED AND I DID A SERVICE REQUEST ON MY CASE FOR EAD ON NOVEMBER 21ST AND IT WAS APPROVED ALREADY ON NOVEMBER 8TH BUT HASN'T CHANGED AND THIS WAS THE RESPONSE; The status of this service request is:
Your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, was approved on November 8, 2016. Your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and approval notice will be mailed to the address on file. If you do not receive the card within 30 days from the date of this notice, please contact customer service at the number provided below.
Even with the service request i still haven't gotten my card please what can i do ?
