I'm waiting for my EAD card based on AOS pending (Spouse's company sponsored GC). I applied on June 25th, and still waiting... anyway.
I also have a H1B, starting Oct 1st. Now, I'm offered for this new job, which is a great opportunity and almost double my salary.
I'm wondering whether I should give up my H1b, using my EAD to work, or do a H1B transfer, or should just stay at my current firm until I get the green card.
