Hi all, Does any one has any idea whats going on with processing times. I keeps going back. I applied for renewal and application was received on July 18th 2019 . Since no sign of any update. Its been over 5 months. My service request was denied as the time is within their processing time. My card is expiring dec 31. I dont know what else to do??? Has anyone got their cards who applied in july??
