EAD processing times
When you visit USCIS website, for EAD processing they say it is between 3.5-5.5months. I believe it is misleading...90% of cases get processed in 5 month range so why do the even quote a 3.5 month in their site? They can simply say it will take 5 months to approve. July filer here and the wait is killing...any L2 new July filer from Vermont who has got their EAD approved? Ideally we fall in 3.5 month category and should expect our EADs?
