Hi All,
I have a question regarding asking express processing of the EAD.
I Currently work for a temp agency (Under my TN), but they have been unsuccessful in placing me since my original contract ended the end of Jan. My wife has also been unsuccessful in securing employment since she returned to the US.
I see that you can request express processing of the EAD in the case of Severe financial loss to company or ?person?;
I'm wondering if my current predicament qualifies for express processing,. Should I call USCIS on Monday? My PD was 3/16/2017 and acceptance date 3/29/2017.
