EAD Question
I believe F-1 students on OPT or STEM OPT have 90 days to find a job once they get their EAD. After the 90 days, they are asked to leave the country if they cannot find a job within that time period. Is this also true for a person who gets EAD through AOS (marriage based). After 90 days, if the person does not get a job and the green card application is also pending given the amount of backlog at USCIS currently, will my spouse have to leave the country?
