EAD RECEIVED
I received my combo card day before yesterday PD May 19,2017. I have learnt a lot from this process. One of the thing I've learnt is that your case can be processed from either of the benefit center, not necessary the National Benefit Center. I live in New York and my EAD application was processed in VSC .Last time I called customer service to see whats going on with my case the rep transferred my call to Vermont Benefit Center it seems they're not that busy right there you just need to be lucky.
