Hello Everyone,
My name is Haliya and please i would like someone that knows more about EAD Renewal process to please give me the best answers i deserved. I entered USA through B1 Visa and married to USC and my PD March 21st 2016, my I-485 Still pending. I live in houston and waiting patiently for my interview.
However, i need to renew my EAD as it will expire in May 2017 and according to USCIS policy you can file for renewal less than 120 days to expiration.
Please can someone state all documents i need to include for renewal, Do i need to pay again? and where i need to send all those documents to? Please anyone with info would be appreciated.
