Ead renewal and AP
Okay so my lawyer recently filed an ead renewal for a filing charge. Some weeks later, I got the card in mail, opened it and saw it wasn’t as same as the combo previous one which has ‘serves as 1-512’. The renewed one has ‘not valid for re-entry’ and also an IOE number instead of the MSC on the previous.
On contacting, lawyer said she only filed I-765 and if I want AP it’s gonna be another charge.. I was like...and just ended the conversation.
So people, my question is Can I filed the advance parole myself and how? Or I refile for another Ead alongside the AP? Or just keep the card and not apply for the advance parole since I’ll not be traveling anytime in the period?
I don’t know.. lawyers are always after money and do everything for us to come back for pays again. And She never told me that both has to be filed together. Appreciate all responses
