Hello family,
I m planning to ship my EAD renewal this week but I have one question. My 180 days to expiration starts this Friday and I am afraid that USCIS will reject my application if they receive it early. My question is: When USCIS starts counting the 180 days before expiration, the day the file is shipped or received?
My plan is to ship it tomorrow and choose Friday as the delivery date which is the 180th day before expiration.
